Can I return or exchange my order?
Because of the nature of our products it is unfortunately not possible to return, refund or exchange your order. After we have sent you your unique license key, it is impossible for us to check whether or not it has been registered. Just before the final placement of an order we explicitly inform our customers of the non-refundable/non-exchangeable/non-returnable nature of the purchase. Please refer to Consumer Contracts Regulations under the chapter "Cancelling digital downloads".
However, we are always open for a return if you have not yet activated the license key of the software - if the digital certificate is not enabled, the software is still "unused" and therefore we can resell the software to another customer. In such a situation, we will in writing (via email), request a "statutory declaration", where you delcare that the license key has not been used.
The amount you paid for the product(s) will be refunded within 14 days from receipt of your "statutory declaration".
